PROJECT OUTLINE:
A vented cold roof build up consisting of 18mm hard faced ply, 50mm batten, and breather membrane on to rafters.
Further Information:
Set in a beautiful and serene setting, this dwelling was a nice straight forward run with the roof construction built to the highest standard taking into consideration having built on to the existing skins under strict heritage guidelines with minimal alterations to the original 150 year oak structure. It was a pleasure to be part of this, as you can see why.
