PROJECT OUTLINE:
A warm roof substrate consisting of rafters, hard faced ply, 120mm insulation, breather membrane, and zinc covering
FUTHER INFORMATION:
The roof featured a nice clean crisp look to the clients new extention with a standing seam profile on request. As we had discussions on the soffit, the client decided not to have them matching the zinc fascias or have white pvc/timber, but to have white aluminium to give it a more of an authentic look. The finish came off really well.
