PROJECT OUTLINE:
A warm roof build up consisting of hard face 18mm ply, vcl, 120mm insulation. Ventilated vertical buildup ie - stud work, breather membrane, 50mm batten, 18mm ply.
FURTHER INFORMATION:
This project was taken on a referral. The client had advised they require as much head height internally as possible, so the build was a warm roof. Detailing the valley interface sections to the tiled roof, velux window and ridge was testing, but executed well. Along with the fanned roof panels matching the vertical face panels it came off very well.
