Project Outline:
This was a warm roof build up consisting of a hard face ply deck, vcl vapour barrier, 150mm insulation, membrane, zinc/mild steel. We fabricated the ridge to suit clients needs, soffits, fascia, half round 125mm steel gutters and 80mm downpipes
Further Information:
This was a beautiful old listed barn Conversion stripped down to its carcass with minimal alterations to the substructure but keeping within national heritage guidelines. This was agreed through planning the roof type would be a hard wearing and durable product that keeps a long life expectancy. The finished article was brilliantly executed by the team.
