Project Outline:
Fully ventilated cold roof build up including fascias and G3 ventilated ridge. We installed central internal box gutters with various flashing and weathering details. We also installed flat lock soffits to internal and and external areas, projected letter box type bay windows and cladded a lookout surround to the rear of the property.
Further Information:
This is a property which was a full build from top to bottom. We were grateful to be accepted to commence works on this prestigious home owned by a very well known and respected architect. This was an amazing project to be part of and we loved his idea of a medieval type internal sliding copper door!
